What is preferred dividend?
As an investor with CostaCasa Invest, you receive 7% preferred dividend per year. This means that you have the first right to profit distribution, before profit distribution with the fund management. Please note that it is not a guaranteed interest, but a priority position in case of profit distribution. No profit = no distribution, but you are at the top of the distribution order.
What is the minimum entry fee?
The standard entry amount is €15,000. For a limited number of investors, participation is also possible from €1,200 - only on request and as long as there is space within the issue.
When will I receive dividends?
Dividends are paid annually, based on the profit earned in the previous fiscal year. As a holder of preferred certificates, you have priority in the distribution of profits. The exact payout date is communicated at the beginning of each calendar year through the investor portal and by email.
How do I track the progress of my investment with CostaCasa Invest?
As an investor, you get access to a personal portal where you can track your certificates, view documents and receive updates on project progress. In addition, we periodically send investor updates by email - with information on project status, returns, market developments and dividend payments. This way you always stay fully informed about your investment.
What are bonus certificates?
Bonus certificates are an extra reward for larger investments. With a deposit of €50,000 or more, you receive 2% additional certificates. At €100,000 or more even 5%. So you benefit from extra returns, on top of the regular profit distribution.

The team behind CostaCasa Invest has over 25 years of real estate experience in the Netherlands and Spain. Together they run three successful brokerage offices in Arnhem and in Spain with more than 1,000 rental units under management and dozens of real estate transactions per year. In total, they managed over €60 million in real estate transactions.
They also developed a complete vacation park with more than 150 villas and are active in both the Netherlands and Spain. With CostaCasa Invest, all that experience is now bundled into a transparent, legally secured investment structure for private investors.
